Kim Kardashian and her sisters, Kourtney and Khloe, are to be immortalized as Barbie pal dolls, reports Us Weekly, in a limited edition line.
A source tells the new Us Weekly, on stands Friday, that the reality stars will be immortalized as Barbie’s pals in an upcoming limited-edition doll line. “The dolls will reflect the girls’ measurements and may even come in Kardashian-designed outfits,” says a source.
It was probably inevitable, given that their empire currently includes everything from Twitter-themed nail polishes to televised marriages, says MTV.com.
Kim seemed to hint that a team-up with the folks at Mattel — the brand behind the iconic doll — was in the works during Christmas, when she took to her Twitter account to post a series of messages to Barbie’s “totally official and completely fabulous” account.
In one tweet, she sent “Barbs” holiday well-wishes and asked what her longtime beau Ken got her for Christmas.
E! News is reporting the dolls should be available later this year.
